Processing Time
Every piece we make is handcrafted in our East Yorkshire workshop - no mass production, no shortcuts. Because everything is made to order, each item takes a little time to create just right.
Processing times vary depending on the product and material availability. An estimated lead time is shown in the notification bar and at checkout. These are approximate and may change slightly depending on current demand.
For the latest and most accurate processing information, check the notification bar on our website’s homepage or get in touch with us before ordering - we’re always happy to confirm current turnaround times.
Delivery Information
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (excluding bank holidays). Other delivery options are available. Please see checkout for more information.
Most of our items are delivered by a third-party pallet courier, unless you're local to our workshop, in which case we'll deliver the item(s) ourselves. All pallet deliveries are made to the nearest accessible point at the property or curbside. Due to insurance restrictions, drivers are not permitted to enter your property.
It is your responsibility to move the item(s) indoors. Please take care when offloading the item from the pallet, as some items may be heavy and may require additional assistance. You are responsible for the removal and disposal of the packaging and pallet(s).
Tracking details are provided once the order is marked as fulfilled. On the day of delivery, an estimated time of delivery will be shown on the tracking page. To see this information, you must input your postcode and tracking number.
The courier uses a range of small to large haulage vehicles, including articulated wagons. If your property is located on a narrow lane or has access issues, such as overhanging trees or low bridges that may affect tall vehicle access, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a suitable delivery vehicle.
If you are a trade customer ordering on behalf of a client, please provide us with the receiver's contact name and number, as the courier may need to liaise with them directly. We also require their UK contact number to share delivery tracking details.
If you or your representative are unavailable to accept delivery at the agreed location, and it is not due to any fault on our part, a re-delivery fee may be charged by the courier and passed on to you.
