Shipping policy

Processing Time 

1.1 All of our products are handmade by us in our East Yorkshire workshop. Typically, items are processed on a made-to-order basis. Processing times are individual to the item and subject to stock. For the latest processing time please check the notification bar on our website homepage or contact us prior to ordering. 

1.2 The processing time is approximated. 



2.1 Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out during checkout and on your order confirmation email unless there is an Event Outside Our Control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

2.2 Delivery will be completed when we or our courier deliver the product(s) to the address you provide us with. Please note that our delivery and returns policies differ according to whether the delivery address is in the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland) or in non-mainland UK.

2.3 Orders are shipped with UPS or Palletforce. Deliveries are carried out Monday-Friday (Excluding national, public and local holidays) 
If you need to change the delivery address you may do so in writing before the order is marked complete. After which, the order will be shipped to your default address.

2.4 Our clientele should be aware, palletised delivery carried out under Pallet Force are curbside only or to the nearest point of entry, the driver may not be permitted by insurers to enter the property with the delivery goods. Exercise caution when offloading, some items may be heavy and require additional assistance.

2.6 Shipping costs, if applicable, and transit times are individual to the item and location. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping times or bulk shipping costs. 

2.7 If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the Goods at the delivery location, we may pass on the redelivery charge set by the courier.
